About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the States of SD and NY. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I bring a unique, person-centered approach to therapy. With Certification in Mind-Body Medicine Skills, Certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and extensive training in ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I have many skillsets available for what someone may need. I am also a board-certified clinical supervisor in South Dakota.
Through Blossom Therapy, LLC, I am offering both in-person and telehealth therapy services for adolescents, adults, and elders.
I am Oneida, Turtle Clan, born and raised in Western New York. As an Indigenous Social Worker, providing a culturally aware, trauma-informed practice is of the highest priority. I have worked in many different settings, including Tribal Healthcare, BIE school settings, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric settings, and case management.
I received my MSW from the University at Buffalo in 2005. I now reside in the Black Hills, SD, the sacred homeland of the Lakota Nation.
